Disha Patani suffered memory loss for SIX months due to a head injury – read details

Disha Patani is one of the fittest Bollywood heroines and we can say that without batting an eyelid. The Baaghi 2 actress does work out on a daily basis and she never fails to compromise on her routine. Disha has amazed us with her backflips, splits and the way she does these things with so much ease. Disha Patani often shares pictures and videos from her workout sessions to inspire and motivate people to take fitness seriously. In a way, the actress had actually made a difference with her social media activities and now people look up to her when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

However, Disha Patani recently took everyone by surprise when she revealed that she suffered memory loss due to a head injury while working out. “I lost six months of my life because I couldn’t remember anything,” Disha told Mid-Day and added that she suffered an injury while she was training on a concrete floor.

Despite this major setback, the Bharat star continued her daily training because fitness comes first for her. “When I am not shooting, I alternate between practising gymnastics and MMA in the week. MMA is relatively easier. But for gymnastics, you have to be both, consistent and brave. It has taken me a while to reach where I am. You have to do it every day. Only when you break your bones and knees do you reach somewhere,” Disha further added.

Disha went on to add that injuries are less likely to occur when one is consistent at the training. Apart from talking about her workout routines, the actress pointed out a difference between starving and eating healthy food items. “But, there’s a difference between starving and eating healthy. I always choose [healthier] options. Ninety per cent of how you look depends on what you eat. If I’m not eating right, no matter however much I train, I won’t improve,” she said. And we totally second her thought.
